Cours de patinage

Voila depuis 1 semaine je prend des cours avec une vice championne de france! j'en suis a mon 2 eme entrainement de 2h, et j'arrive a faire pas mal de petite chose!

Les croisées arriere et avant, les courrut, le début du saut de valse, le chassé, le balancé, les freinages avant arriere, les arabesques, la petite dame, la cafetiere....et pleins d'autre truc!

Encouragement pour Johnny...

Alors comme vous le savez je suis adepte d'un groupe de Fans du patineur Johnny Weir.

Notre johnny commencera ses competitions dans 4 jours ( 5 jours avec le decallage horaire) qui auront lieu a vancouver au Canada.

Donc un Gros MERDE pour toi petit Ange... courage et ne stress pas trop.

Tu vas pouvoir ouvrir tes ailes sur ton nouveau programme qui te vas a ravis.
